1. Who we are

A2I Studio AB, a Swedish limited company with its registered office in Stockholm, Sweden, is the controller for any personal data described on this page. You can reach us at privacy@a2istudio.org.

2. What this page covers

This policy applies to a2istudio.org and nothing else. Each of our apps is a separate product with its own privacy policy, which is the one that governs what that app collects. Halal Trace's is at halal-trace.com/privacy.html.

3. This website

The site is a set of static files. There is no database, no account system, no cookie, no analytics or advertising code, and no third-party request of any kind — every image and stylesheet is served from this domain. You can confirm that yourself in your browser's network inspector, and the site's Content-Security-Policy is set to block anything else from loading.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard server request logs — the IP address the request came from, the page requested, the time, and the browser's user-agent string — in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. This is a normal and necessary part of running a website, it is done under our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and we do not use those logs to identify or profile visitors.

4. If you email us

The addresses on this site are ordinary email addresses. If you write to us, we receive your address, whatever you put in the message, and the message's technical headers, and we use them for the sole purpose of replying to you and keeping a record of the exchange — our legitimate interest in handling correspondence, or the performance of a contract where your message concerns one. Mail sent to an @a2istudio.org address is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to a mailbox we hold with Google, so both act as processors for it. We keep correspondence only as long as it is useful for support or required for accounting, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to ask what personal data of yours we hold, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Write to privacy@a2istudio.org and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to your national data protection authority — in Sweden, that is Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).

6. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Because the site collects nothing, there is nothing we can notify you at — so the date is the honest signal, and we will not make a change here that quietly starts collecting something.
